- 1+ years of retail or hospitality experience, particularly in luxury guest service.
- Proven sales track record, driving performance through business development, including successful product launches and event management.
- High school diploma minimum; additional studies in retail or hospitality preferred.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Capability to travel and reside/work on a ship for 6-month contracts.
- Availability to work seven days a week, up to 77 hours.
- Possession of a valid passport and, if possible, a seaman book copy.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, participate in safety drills, and lift merchandise up to 55 lbs with appropriate safety equipment.
- Proficient English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
